Solix Biosystems offers a complete line of PCR ReadyMixes for convenience and timesaving. All ReadyMixes are supplied as 2X master mixes that contain reaction buffer, DNA polymerase, and dNTPs – just add template and primers!
HotStart ReadyMix is recommended for increasing PCR success rates and consolidating PCR protocols. The high processivity and tolerance to common PCR inhibitors of the Solix x DNA Polymerase allows for routine amplification of a broad range of targets (20% - 85% GC) using a single PCR protocol and reaction setup. Solix x HotStart ReadyMix is also recommended for difficult samples, crude sample PCR, colony PCR, and applications that require high yield. Extension times of 15 sec/kb, recommended for most applications, reduces PCR cycling time by 50%.
Solix HotStart ReadyMix is recommended for assays that perform well with standard Taq polymerase. Reduce PCR cycling times up to 75% with the highly processive, second-generation Solix HotStart DNA Polymerase. Extension time as low as 1 second/kb!
