KAPA T4 DNA Ligase
KAPA T4 DNA Ligase catalyzes the formation of a phosphodiester bond between 5′ phosphate and 3′ hydroxyl termini in duplex DNA or RNA. This enzyme efficiently joins blunt and cohesive end termini, as well as repairs single-stranded nicks in duplex DNA, RNA, and DNA/RNA hybrids.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
